I took it in without an appointment. I woke up and the battery was dead. I was there for 1/2 hour. They replaced the battery under warranty. IT was good as always.  03/29/2012

"I have priced out other mechanics and I found that Gold Coast Acura was about the same. I like that they don't try to find something wrong with the car. They fix what is necessary instead of trying to create more $$ issues for me. I really enjoy taking my car to Acura. I have been a customer of Gold Coast Acura since 1989 when I bought my 1990 Legend. In 2008 I returned and traded in my Legend for a TL. Both of my cars have been serviced only by Gold Coast--I know when I take in my cars they will do a good job for the best price. I have no doubt they are the best and I will continue to take my car in for service only to Gold Coast. Brad in the Service Dept is outstanding and an asset to your organization. Excellent service!!

Though my car is way older than the warranty, I would rather pay a little more to have it serviced at Gold Coast because I trust them and they go the extra mile for me. I only wish they could work on my Dad's Caddie.

I receive calls and mailers often....keeping Gold Coast Acura always in mind. Steve Garcia places calls personally and mails info including birthday flyers. Everyone at the dealership is polite, friendly and helpful-I would and do recommend them.

Brad the Service Manager is outstanding. I have worked with him for years and that is a big reason I bring the car back to the dealer for service.

This dealer always treats me right. I never feel ripped off and the only one I will deal with is Brad the Service Manager. I drive over 30 miles each way just for regular maintenance. Brad has always been honest with me and never makes unnecessary repairs. His prices are always either in line or lower than other dealers. I love this Service Department!
